Role Overview

The Assistant Bartender supports the bar team in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about beverages, hospitality, and learning bar operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Bartender in preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Set up the bar before service and close the bar after operations Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, glassware, and equipment Wash, polish, and arrange glassware properly Refill bar stock such as ice, garnishes, mixers, and spirits as instructed Ensure proper storage of bar items and follow FIFO standards Support inventory checks and report shortages or damages Follow all safety, hygiene, and legal regulations related to alcohol service Provide polite and professional service to guests at all times Coordinate effectively with the service and kitchen teams
Skills & Requirements

Passion for food & beverage service and bar operations Willingness to learn cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques Good communication and teamwork skills Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset
Qualifications

Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass (Hospitality background preferred) No prior experience required - training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
