Job Description

Beverage preparation

: Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes, including creating new cocktail recipes and serving wine and beer.

Customer service

: Greet guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks, while ensuring a positive and professional atmosphere.

Bar management

Inventory

: Monitor stock levels, perform inventory checks, ensure proper rotation, and order supplies.

Cost control

: Monitor beverage costs to ensure profitability.

Menu development

: Assist in creating and updating the beverage menu.

Staff supervision and training

: Train junior bar staff on company procedures, drink recipes, and customer service standards. Supervise staff to ensure they are following established policies and procedures.

Operations and maintenance

: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware and equipment. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

Problem-solving

: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
