Job Description

Record and Maintain Financial Transactions:

This includes tasks like data entry, invoice processing, and managing accounts payable and receivable.

Reconcile Accounts:

Comparing company records with bank statements and other financial documents to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare Financial Reports:

Assisting in the creation of various financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Assist with Budgeting and Forecasting:

Gathering and analyzing financial data to contribute to the budgeting process.

Ensure Compliance:

Helping to ensure the organization adheres to tax regulations and other financial policies.

Maintain Financial Records:

Organizing and updating all financial documents and records, ensuring they are accurate and easily accessible.

General Ledger Maintenance:

Updating and maintaining the general ledger, a record of all financial transactions.

Assist with Audits:

Gathering and preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
