Siemens offers a broad portfolio of grid control and automation low- and medium-voltage power distribution, switching and control and building automation, fire safety and security, HVAC control and energy solutions. Ensures adherence to defined manufacturing guidelines, processes and procedures (focus on assembly). - Supervises production activities according to established quality standards and EHS requirements. - Contributes to production planning processes, and determines manufacturing priorities based on established kanban production schedules. - Makes daily assignments, and assigns work and tasks to the member of the production group. - Interprets specifications and makes judgments about the acceptability of production that is in process. - Proposes procedures improvements and implements technical infrastructure. - Leads and supervises assigned Production Technicians, Operators and workers. - Have experience of 2-3 years in Thermoset molding technology compression and Injection molding machines. - Have experience with Robot programming and can troubleshoot issues related to molding machine and its peripherals. - Have basic knowledge of PLC operated machines and can understand logic of the automation. - Have basic knowledge of Molding tool and its components. - Education - BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production - Experience -3-4 years in production function Knowledge a.
