Our client a leading ecommerce company in field of baby products & annual turnover of 150 crores & employee strength of 150 persons looking for staff for their production facility located at Moriya area of Ahmedabad.
Position: Assembly Line Manager
Experience: 6+ Years good in assembly line
Edu: Any graduate
Salary: 45 to 65K
Location: Moraiya, Changodar, Ahmedabad
Your responsibilities:

• Supervise daily assembly line operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and train assembly line staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as necessary to meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, conducting regular inspections
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance performance
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality Control, Maintenance) to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management
• Troubleshoot assembly line issues and resolve them promptly to minimize downtime
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and tools used in the assembly process

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in assembly line management & production supervision
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision making abilities
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy environment
