  • In any case, the resource from supplier needs to be replaced with another resource from supplier, the outgoing resource to provide all necessary knowledge transfer to the new resource. During this period, the new resource will not be considered deployed.
  • Supplier to have necessary resources available as replacement in case of attrition with minimum of 4 weeks of overlap for Knowledge transfer.
  • Minimum of 4 weeks of notice period to be provided for replacement of resources.
  • Any resource found as incapable against the requested skills as mentioned in Section 3.3 must be replaced with rightly skilled resource.
  • Any replacement of resources requested by BGSW to Supplier based on Technical skill gap/ Soft skill issues/ willingness to work to be handled and replaced within 4 weeks' time. If not provided, then the position will be considered as un-deployed.
  • Supplier is expected to track the resource leaves and share the same to BGSW in advance.
  • Resource Leave Calendar for planned leaves to be shared on Weekly basis.
  • Unplanned leaves to be informed to the Project Management teams every day before 9 AM.
  • Necessary backup resource with similar skill set as mentioned in Section 3.3 to be provided when the resource is on leave for a week or more so that the committed timelines for factory deliverables are not affected. Any delay in fulfilment on agreed timelines will be considered as un-deployed and the same shall be calculated for invoicing on per week basis as below.
1 CW delay per resource request = 0.25 per month un-deployed capacity.
  • Any changes to defined capacity, number of resources within a given skill category will be informed to supplier with 4 weeks' notice for both ramp-up and ramp-down by BGSW.
