We are hiring Recruiter\'s with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle experience (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers) who will be ready to jump into high-volume recruitment for the US. RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Responsible for conducting a minimum of 21- 24 scheduled phone interviews per day while using time effectively for applicant reviews.
• Effectively move candidates through the interview process to offer.
• Calibrate with leadership on client candidate profile to identify and select candidates.
• Ensure all US compliance and regulatory guidelines are met.
• Build rapport with candidates and maintain strong business relationships using telephone, email, text, social media.
• Commit to and meet weekly hiring needs for the organization.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of screening submittals into interviews.
• Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis.
• This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are (Monday through Friday, Night Shift)
• Ability to support multiple time zones as needed (being a part of the global team)
• All other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor\'s/College Degree in HR/Recruitment or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment (BPO experience is a plus, but not required)
• Experience with in house recruiting or in a staffing agency supporting US hiring in IT/Non IT roles will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management System (CMS) or Human Resource Management System (HRMS) would be good. (SAP Preferred)
• Excellent comprehension skills, Communication (Verbal and Written) skills, Negotiation skills and Presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills including telephone etiquette.
• Preferred Experience in customer facing role, strong decision making skills
• Experience of conducting different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress, conversational)
• Experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing)
• Proven ability to build rapport with candidates and employees regardless of hierarchy
• Motivated and persistent in meeting goals
• Work with integrity and high-level confidentiality with excellent attention to detail and exhibit professionalism
• Must be able to work in US hours - i.e. 6:30pm - 4:00am India Time
• Capable of working well under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
