Role Summary: To manage the existing retail . Develop the retail business as per the plan given.
Roles & responsibilities:
1) Monitor and guide the BDO' to achieve their targets .
2) Retail & Channel Development .
3) Mange Brand staff / Counter sales people and manage Modern Trade sales
4) Ensure to get the sales as per the targets given .
5) CRM .
Reporting to: Regional Head
Qualification: MBA . Good command over English . Local candidate.
Experience: 10+ Years as ASM - FMCG sector. Home Care, Air care, Corporate sales
Desired skills:
Good Knowledge in retail Distribution / Channel management .
Negotiation skills .
People / Team Management .
Target/ Goal oriented .
Desired Candidate from FMCG/ Stationery / Toys / Cosmetic Industry.
