Job Description


The incumbent plans sales strategies and activities required to drive the sales target within the division by enhancing Product and Therapy awareness and accessibility . The ultimate objective is to grow sales in the given Territory by developing distribution network & KOL management and to increase market share though effective Therapy promotion, Product demonstration and sales efforts.

\xc2\xb7 Drive Sales for Orthotics Business (Breg & Aspen).

\xc2\xb7 Identify and appoint distributors for effective territory coverage.

\xc2\xb7 Train and Coach the Distributor Sales staff for better performance.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to draw up own action plan to deliver a target within an agreed time scale

\xc2\xb7 Ability to \xe2\x80\x98Value Sell\xe2\x80\x99, i.e. probe to find real needs/wants.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to understand the Therapy nuances, and conduct periodic application support training to distributor employees.

\xc2\xb7 Key account management experience. Having direct relationship with key users and ensuring continued business from Key accounts.

\xc2\xb7 Sales call management through CRM portal and Secondary sales focus

\xc2\xb7 Apply advanced marketing skills to develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements and purchase behaviour. Monitor the evolution of materials Science/Industry market within the Industry field and competition working closely with Supervisors.

\xc2\xb7 Identify growth opportunities in the assigned geography, developing strategies and effective execution of action plan through the sales team.

\xc2\xb7 Provide information & analysis of price trends of the key products within the Industry portfolio and competitive price information to Marketing Team.

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Education : Must be a Science Graduate.

\xc2\xb7 Experience : 7 to 10 years of experience in sales role(within Medical industry) , Sales experience in Orthopaedic speciality is desirable.

\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of sales achievement and channel management

\xc2\xb7 Skills : Teamwork, results-orientation, strong persistence to reach goals, business acumen, prospecting.

\xc2\xb7 Soft skills : Communication, persuasive, active listening
