Roles & Responsibilities:
1.) First Response to the Dealer Query - in 2 hrs - 100%
2.) Resolution of Issue - 80% in 48 hrs
3.) Technical Guidance to Dealer team on Phone, Video Call
4. ) Field Visit for Critical issues
5 ) Creation of Problem Bank
6. ) Knowledge sharing with Team members
Key Result Areas:
1.) Technical Trouble shooting
2.) Dealer Team Query Resolution
3.) Creation of Problem Bank
4) Initiating Retrofitment campaigns
5) TAT time
Skills Required:
1.) Good Communication skills ( English , Hindi & Local Language )
2.) Tractor Driving skills
3.) Product Knowledge (Technical Know How)- Hand on Experience is must
4.) Problem Solving Approach
5.) Must be Tech Savvy & basic knowledge of Computer & video calling software.
6.) Must be having product Knowledge of Farm Machinery
7) Knowledge of Bengali & Odia
