The opportunity
Responsible for working together with various senior leaders in the organization to drive connectivity across within Regions, Sectors, Service Lines and Global teams and serve as an organizational connector
Your key responsibilities

  • Be the collaborator for various Market Activation threads (Accounts, Solutions and Client Experience) and work with the respective leaders to highlight leading practices/achievements across region Market Activation teams
  • Work closely with leaders to coach/guide account teams on tools/processes available for them to leverage which will help enhance the profitability on the account
  • Manage and drive various account manager and BD communities, share timely updates on campaigns or events and share best practices
  • Accessing analytical dashboards to derive insights and enable meaningful discussions
  • Identifying trends in reports and analysing large datasets for insights and help prepare quarterly / bi-yearly / yearly progress report
  • Developing and communicating crucial performance weekly / monthly dashboards such as sales & pipeline and revenue reporting
  • Handling queries raised by the business and account teams and educating the team on how to use the dashboards/tools available to derive better insights
  • Supporting time-bound ad-hoc data/reporting requests
  • Maintaining project plans with defined timelines, creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation and next steps
  • Driving project meetings and coordinating actions with all project team members and track progress
  • Identifying project risks, and opportunities for improving processes
  • Preparation of meeting presentations ensuring that they ready for circulation to senior leadership - meeting EY standards
  • Act as SPOC to coordinate with other internal GDS teams, e.g. Knowledge, AWS, BMC, Finance, Technology, etc. to leverage existing skills for achieving project goals
  • Enabling leadership forums with general administration activities, such as summarizing key takeaways and actions from meetings / calls
  • Developing strong working relationships and anticipate business needs and become integrated into the Markets & BD team attending weekly update calls, providing support to other team members as possible
  • Act as the knowledge manager for the onshore team and manage databases, MS Teams communities and/or websites/SharePoint. Manage content including regular review, validating links and content, working with the relevant Communications Lead to manage content
  • Supporting project lead in introduction of new technology/Area level initiatives to enhance business operations within Area and regions

  • Proven ability to read, understand and sanitize the data and provide insights
  • Ability to grasp or quickly understand the process, objectives / intricacies of projects and move to delivery mode in a short span

To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Graduate / Post-graduate - (Business Administration and Management)
  • 10 to 12 years of work experience
  • Experience of managing accounts and a deep understanding of account team best practice
  • Experience working with Business leaders/leadership groups

Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also have
  • Knowledge of using data visualization tools like Power BI, Power Query etc.
  • Self-motivated towards continuous learning and upskilling
  • Solution oriented - Ability to focus on solutions in case of ambiguity /uncertainties and not stuck with the problem
  • Display a positive attitude, interest to learn new things, capability to work under pressure and thinking out of the box.
  • Content management - Familiar with maintenance of SharePoint sites, preparation of newsletters, managing surveys etc.
  • Certifications: PMP, Prince, ITIL, Six Sigma

Technologies and Tools
  • MS Office skills: Advanced level experience in Excel reporting & PowerPoint.
  • Excel \xe2\x80\x93 Pivot tables, look ups, filtering, conditional formatting, validation etc.
  • PPT \xe2\x80\x93 insert graphs/shapes, alignment, text justification, text margins etc.
  • Project Management \xe2\x80\x93 Intermediate knowledge of Project Management concepts and tools
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills \xe2\x80\x93 Previous experience and proven ability to read, understand and sanitize the data, build reports / dashboards, and provide insights from the data, excellent data handling skills
