Order food supplies, monitor inventory levels, and ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients while controlling food and labor costs.
Quality and safety:
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to established standards and that all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
Staff supervision and training:
Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to meet performance standards.
