WHAT YOU\'LL DO We are seeking an AP Consulting (CT) People Team Senior Director to lead and drive the CT talent agenda in the region, operating as a strategic business partner and thought leader for AP system and regional leadership on CT People topics. The role reports into the AP Chief HR Officer and will lead a team of Senior Business Services Team (SBST) and MSD colleagues, spanning several key CT People functions including Career Development (CD), Staffing, Mobility, Expert Career Track (ECT), Teaming@BCG (for CT). The role will be a regular member of the Global Consulting People Management Team (CPMT) and will work closely with leaders of our global Centres of Excellence (both BST and MDP) as well as counterparts from EMESA, NAMR and other BCG business units. It also leads the AP HR Analytics function covering both CT and Business Services Team (BST) populations. With a senior team reporting into it, the role operates cross-functionally to drive BCG\'s CT talent transformation agendas in the region. It ensures we are building the talent base required to create value for clients and that CT People function infrastructure and operating models are working efficiently and effectively to unlock the full potential of our CT workforce. The role is responsible for identifying innovation in the CT People function across the region and for supporting this to scale regionally and globally. The role will work closely and collaboratively with local, regional and global CT talent management teams and will act as a critical bridge geographically, functionally and across different business units/parts of the business. The role will actively lead broad change agendas, creating clarity, solving problems, running projects, tracking progress and driving alignment whilst appropriately adjusting for geographic and business unit nuances. From its pivotal central position, the role works closely with the AP Chief HR Officer to set AP People Team (APPT) and AP Management Team (APMT) People priorities, agendas, content and presentations. It develops insightful metrics, scorecards and analyses that not only create visibility, highlight accountability and track performance, but also shape the leadership discussions required to drive change. The role is responsible for designing, developing and executing an effective a regular rhythm of communication on behalf of the entire regional People Team that underpins the changes we are driving in our CT and BST People functions. As leader of the AP HR Analytics function, the role is responsible for driving analyses that deliver insight as well as for producing client-ready work that sheds light on data to help drive strategic decision making and behavioural change. It is also responsible for optimising the efficiency and effectiveness of the AP HR Analytics team, ensuring it operates as a value-adding Centre of Excellence in the AP region whilst working closely with similar teams around the world to avoid duplication and help shape a global HR Analytics agenda/function for BCG.
