Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Membership Expansion & Onboarding

Drive the growth of the membership base by identifying and enrolling authors, composers, and publishers across genres and regions. Map and target key author, composer, independent artists, music publishers, influential industry professionals, and high- potential emerging artists. Engage with prospective members through calls, meetings, webinars, and in-person sessions. Support applicants through the end-to-end membership process, ensuring flawless documentation, and timely onboarding of key members.
2. Relationship Management & Creator Engagement

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with creators, their managers, publishers, and stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value creators, providing guidance on rights, royalties, and membership benefits. Address queries related to copyright, royalties, cue sheets, claiming processes, and metadata.
3. Outreach & Field Activities

Conduct on-ground outreach activities, networking sessions, and creator meet-ups. Represent the company at music festivals, industry events, workshops, and creator forums. Identify regions and communities with low penetration and develop targeted outreach plans.
4. Awareness & Education

Conduct awareness sessions on rights, royalties, registration, and role. Partner with industry associations, academies, music communities, labels, and cultural institutions to expand IPRS awareness. Support communication initiatives and content development for creator education.
5. Strategic Contribution

Provide insights into market trends, emerging genres, and high-growth territories to shape membership strategy. Assist in creating outreach calendars, partnership roadmaps, and quarterly growth plans. Track competitor/industry developments to ensure company remains the leading and most trusted PRO.
6. Data, Reporting & Compliance

Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, conversions, and follow-ups. Prepare weekly, monthly/quarterly reports on membership growth and pipeline status. Ensure all membership applications comply with companies' policies and legal guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Experience:

Artist coordinator: 3 years (Preferred)
