- Collaborate with the marketing director to develop and implement creative strategies that meet the client\'s objectives \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and manage a team of creatives to deliver high-quality work that meets deadlines and exceeds client expectations \xe2\x80\xa2 Conceptualize and develop creative ideas that are innovative, on-brand, and effective across various mediums including print, digital, social media, and video \xe2\x80\xa2 Present and communicate creative ideas to clients and team members in a clear and persuasive manner \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in new business pitches and presentations to win new accounts and expand our agency\'s portfolio \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay up-to-date with the latest creative trends, technologies, and best practices in the advertising industry
