SummaryThis role is located in Noida, India (hybrid).The Aristocrat Full Potential, Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation of the \xe2\x80\x9cAristocrat Full Potential\xe2\x80\x9d (AFP) program. This program is a key overarching global Aristocrat initiative that is a strategic multi-year, multi-functional growth initiative focused on retaining and exceeding current growth rates across Aristocrat and will have tremendous impact across the organization. Under the guidance of the Director - AFP, the candidate will collaborate across Aristocrat with Global, Regional, and Functional Leadership Teams to gather and analyze information to provide key insights to enable decision making to drive new revenue streams, unleash new capabilities and drive cost efficiencies/synergies to invest for the future growth of Aristocrat.What You\'ll DoProvide analysis to support key business units globally that are impacted by the AFP program to ensure strong business partnering to support the development of a thoughtful strategy, innovative ideation, and proactively mitigate any potential roadblocksPerform analysis of plans, policies, procedures, and AFP implementation program to enable executive level management to reach an informed consensus underpinned by data, influence and thorough presentation of the investment and return associated with the AFP programMaintain AFP related reporting and processes ensuring update accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.Partner with the leadership to deliver valuable business insights, improvement ideas and assist with project executionCreate presentation materials used to communicate analytics and insights to senior leadersPartner with stakeholders to locate, source, and validate data required for analysis and tracking purposesPromote culture of change, productivity and data-based decision makingManage through various ad-hoc reporting deliverables across multiple lines of businessMust have ability to \xe2\x80\x9croll-up sleeves\xe2\x80\x9d and contribute across all aspects of the value chain (D&D, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.)Effectively build, maintain, and manage stakeholder relationships in order to work across business units to achieve business objectivesWhat We\'re Looking ForBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field2+ years of experience in similar positionsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh degree of problem solving, advanced analytical, and critical thinking skillsAbility to build, maintain, and manage stakeholder relationshipsSelf-motivated, drives to completion/resolutionDemonstrable skills in the Microsoft Office Suite; particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and WordBusiness and industry acumenAttention to details to review large sets of data, financial modelling experienceTrack record of process improvement initiativesAbility to see the big picture but able to dive into the details when requiredCommitment to team development and continuous improvementWhy Aristocrat?Aristocrat is a world leader in gaming content and technology, and a top-tier publisher of free-to-play mobile games.
