Sales & Profit You are responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals in your Area by creating a plan to deliver Excellent Customer Experience in line with the country. People & Teams You ensure your stores have High Performing Visual Teams by actively working with succession planning, talent and leadership development and structured performance management, based on results, values and leadership. Qualifications
Key Skills COMMERCIALITY & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

• Strong presentation and styling skills
• Strong knowledge of visual best practices and routines
• Extensive fashion interest and knowledge

IMPLEMENTATION

• Excellent garment presentation and styling skills.
• Knowledge about visual routines and best practice.

COMMUNICATION

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• English written and verbal communication.

Experience

• Experience from working as a visual leader in Store, driving projects within Area and coaching teams

• Understand how to collaborate cross functionally in order to achieve results
• Understand how a physical store operates and experienced in retail management
