- Designation \xe2\x80\x93 Visual Merchandiser
- Experience \xe2\x80\x93 3-5 years in experience in Visual Merchandiser in Men\xe2\x80\x99s Wear Store
- Salary \xe2\x80\x93 As Per Candidate
- Education - Any Graduate
- Job Timing \xe2\x80\x93 10am to 6.45pm (2nd & 4th Sat half day) \xe2\x80\x93 Sunday week off
- \xc2\xb7 Develop key merchandising principles (KMP)
- \xc2\xb7 Prepare VM deck and implement the same.
- \xc2\xb7 Ensure maintenance of floor standards as per KMP (key merchandising principles)
- \xc2\xb7 Managing display of new arrival and replenishment.
- \xc2\xb7 Set up the floor for all new stores as per the KMPs
- \xc2\xb7 Source and develop display material (fixtures, promotion collaterals and display stands) for VM
- \xc2\xb7 Develop collaterals to support in-house promotions
- \xc2\xb7 Conduct store audits to ensure compliance to the VM standards in the stores under him/her.
- \xc2\xb7 To increase sales and buyer attention, capitalizing on the human tendency to \'window-shop.
- \xc2\xb7 Responsible for Planning & implementation of VM guidelines.
- \xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint presentation
- \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Illustrator, Corel draw
