Mentor and counsel engineers whenever necessary 7. Control the flow of incoming calls for on-site support of services 8. Manage costs/expenses of service and care center within given guidelines 9. Ensure their is adequate amount of manpower to cater to all customer calls 10. Providing necessary skills/training to the team members based on needs and gaps 11. Ascertain care center personnel are working in sync to support walk in customers 12. Encourage the team to enhance their performance levels by identifying gaps and needs Skills & Competencies : 1. Experience in area/zone for device repair operations 2. Geography knowledge 3. Delegation skills 4. Team management 5. Market knowledge 6. Diversity management 7. Relationship management 8.
