What you would be doing?
The Candidate is required to manage a team of 6-7 Engineers, selling Low Voltage Switchgears, Low Voltage Motors, Automation & drives from an assigned set of end customers and handling Channel partner's business in Bangalore & upcountry/ territories.. :
- Monitor and achieve sales targets.
- Team Management / Business acquisition / Order Execution / Customer Relationship Management / Business Information Management and Reporting.
- The Candidate is required to lead a team of 6-7 Engineers,
- Selling Low Voltage switchgear, Low Voltage Motors, automation & drives from an assigned set of customers in Bangalore & territories. May also handle Channel partner's business in Bangalore
We need candidates with 10 - 15 Years of experience in Sales.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred)
Skill Sets/ Knowledge / Competencies. Should also be conversant with Commercial concepts, Customer and Channel Partner handling.
- Quality and result-oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong customer focus.
