To drive business from Govt., residential & commercial builders, developers , big contractors and PMC consultants
2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for uPVC doors and windows.
3. Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
4. Sales Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Project sales processes, strategies, and techniques to achieve targets and grow market share.
5. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with uPVC doors and windows or related construction products.
6. Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, monitor collection, and analyze financial data.
7. Market Analysis: Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal teams and external partners.
8. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve complex problems related to sales and customer relationships.
9. Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements with retail partners and distributors.
