Roles and Responsibility of ASM 1.Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory. Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team. Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets. 2. A manager always ready to help co-workers and guide in all good or worst condition. he is the mentor or like a father for co-worker ( MR ). Manager should have clear and clean thinking about the company strategies. on the behalf of that he will guide his co-worker. A area manager shuld have some below qualities

3.Area manager give time to time primary sale data to medical . check the call coverage, call average and call frequency of his team.
