Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Managers to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, execute sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Candidates shall be local & based and from Ahmedabad/ Baroda/ Surat/ Ankleshwar etc. He will be Operate from his local/base territory and travelling to all surrounding GIDC/ MIDC/ Industrial and Business Areas as and when required with or without Dealers & Distributors.
Candidates from specific product and industry are preferred - Pumps, Pipe, Valve, Compressor, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Fittings, Dryer, Filler, Pneumatic Fittings, Boiler, Evaporator, Teflon, Lined Pipes, PTFE, PVDF, Glass Reactors, ETP, WTP, Industrial Belts, Fiber Glass Production, FRP, PP Ball Valve, Insulation, Spiral Tank.
Role:
- To find out good Prospects/ Upcoming Projects/ Dealers etc. for business leads
- To develop effective client relations for better Channel Sales Development
- To maintain, build and update Client base on regular basis.
- To monitor competitor activity/ Product Development/ Deal Closing Parameters
- To support/ guide/ monitor the marketing backend team and other colleagues
Required Candidate Profile:
- BE/ B.Tech /MBA with Minimum 5-10 years experience in marketing same product or in any industrial products with leadership quality marketing. (Industrial products includes Pipes, Fittings, Industrial Pumps, Valves, Compressor , Cooling tower , Chiller, Pneumatic pipes or fittings, Spiral Tanks, FRP, PP Ball Valves, Insulation, Industrial Belts etc.)
- Should be Smart, pleasing personality & Well-groomed, Go Getter attitude
- Should be Self-driven, positive-minded & highly energetic
- Should have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and convincing power and negotiating skills
- Should be able to work and drive across territory.
- Should have fluent knowledge in Computer and Sales tracking systems.
- Target fulfillment approach.
Important Criteria:
- Should be local & based at Ahmedabad/ Baroda/ Surat/ Ankleshwar etc. and travelling to all surrounding GIDC/ MIDC/ Industries and Business Areas.
- To handle team of ASMs and Sales People
- Team driving abilities are must
- Capable of executing documentation / paper work on his own.
