To achieve sales targets and grow market share within the assigned area by managing a sales team, developing business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve area sales and revenue targets.
Manage, training, and motivate the sales team.
Develop and execute area-specific sales plans.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2-6 years of sales experience, including managerial exposure.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Should have depth knowledge of electrical product.
