Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement effective sales strategies, business plans, and action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify market opportunities and plan initiatives to expand market share within the assigned region.

Team Management

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Medical Representatives to enhance productivity and achieve team objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers. Act as the primary point of contact for major clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge and Promotion

Stay updated with comprehensive product knowledge, including features, benefits, and clinical applications. Effectively communicate product value propositions to healthcare professionals and customers.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions and strategies to address underperformance. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and future plans.
