Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities, doctors, chemists, and distributors.
Ensure effective implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.
Team Management
Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of Medical Representatives (MRs).
Conduct regular field visits with MRs to guide and improve their performance.
Provide training and skill development support to the team for product knowledge and selling skills.
Market Coverage & Customer Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with Ayurvedic practitioners, modern medicine doctors, hospitals, and retailers.
Ensure scientific product detailing to doctors and promote Ayurvedic therapies.
Drive penetration in assigned territories through effective doctor conversions and chemist engagement.
Operational Excellence
Track field activities through Daily Call Reports (DCRs) and provide feedback.
Monitor secondary and primary sales, ensuring proper stock management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical promotion, and regulatory norms.
Analysis & Reporting
Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and product performance.
Submit weekly/monthly sales and activity reports to management.
Provide inputs for strategy, new product launches, and campaigns.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines, therapies, and pharma market.
Leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical thinking and sales planning.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and CRM tools (if applicable).
