The center is equipped with the latest technology and staffed by an experienced and qualified team that provides expert opinions on classical cytogenetic and molecular genetics services. GeneXplore is committed to adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practices to establish trust among patients and clinicians. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Manager for GeneXplore Diagnostic and Research Center located in Surat. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share, managing and mentoring assigned area, and establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers, hospital and Doctor. The Area Sales Manager will also gather market intelligence and provide timely feedback to the management team. Qualifications Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong track record in sales and meeting sales targets Experience in managing and leading a sales team Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Ability to gather and analyze market intelligence Good understanding of molecular medical genetics or healthcare industry Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master\'s degree is preferred
