Qualifications And Skills Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in the food industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. In-depth knowledge of the local market and customer preferences. Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Good understanding of spices and food products. Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or a related field. FMCG Background Must. Roles and Responsibilities Create and implement the sales strategy for the assigned area. Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Conduct regular sales analysis and reporting to track performance and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
