- Convert the prospect pipeline generated by MDS into successful sales- Achieve SE sales value and quantity targets across various categories- Visit dealers as per MCP, encouraging them to sell SE products independently. - Provide technical education to dealer sales staff and identify SE experts at counters for advanced training- Conduct SE training sessions at dealer sales counters, including role plays and practical demonstrations- Resolve dealer issues and escalate them timely if needed- Demonstrate the sales process to dealer staff and spend 2-3 hours daily at the dealer counter- Conduct site visits to end customers and promote SE products & concepts- Convert retail builders of the branch into sales, add new builders, and share a universe of builders and architects monthly- Support MDS in conducting events to promote the architect segment- Conduct architect activities at various outlets such as Orientation Centres (OC), Atelier, Jaquar World (JW), etc.- Visit the Hospitality/GIS segment OC, Atelier and JW- Work closely with the team to promote SE and increase the universe of hospitality/GIS customers- Regularly visit sites and educate customers on SE concepts and zones- Collaborate with the branch CC team to conduct plumber training sessions- Promote new products at dealer counters and convert retail builders/architects into sales- Gather and share information on competitors' activities, product development, benchmarking, etc.Share cv to Whatsapp cv to 8097516674 (ref:updazz.com)
