Positions are - 1. ASM - Salary - Rs. 30,000 to 40,000 2. Territory sales manager - Salary - Rs. 30,000 2. Sales Office - Salary Rs. 15000 ASM/TSM Requirements: \' Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture or Graduate,communications, business management, or related field is preferred. \' Proven sales experience of minimum 2 to 5 years; sector-specific sales experience is preferred in Agriculture Industry. (Product like Fertilizers, Herbicides ,Pesticides to Crops & Horticulture Etc.) \' Proven track record of meeting sales quotas. \' Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. \' Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills. \' Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \' Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills. \' Effective communication skills. \' Exceptional customer service skills. \' Incentive: Attractive incentive plans in the industry.
