Review activities, sales, and other parameters with respect to KRAs of Medical Representatives to ensure that it is achieved within the defined timeframe. 3. Ensure effective implementation of company sales and marketing policies and strategies 4. Regularly meet the key customers 5. Facilitate and develop strong relationships with Doctors, stockiest, chemists 7. Periodic sales targets review and address the shortfall in achieving these targets and take corrective action. 8.
