Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales Management: Oversee the sales operations for sauces and pickles in the assigned area.

2. Market Expansion: Develop strategies to increase product penetration and expand the customer base.

3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Sales Officers (SO) to meet sales targets and deliver growth.

4. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.

5. Product Knowledge: Ensure deep knowledge of sauces and pickles, and effectively communicate the product benefits to customers.

6. Sales Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.

7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:



1. Prior experience with FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or food industry products is a plus.

2. Strong leadership and team management skills.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

4. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
