Job Description

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

across the complete furniture portfolio (wooden, modular, plastic, steel, office & home furniture) in the assigned territory.

Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and large format retailers

to ensure effective and wide market coverage.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners

to encourage repeat business, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.

Monitor primary and secondary sales

, and take timely corrective actions to address any shortfalls or issues.

Recruit, train, and lead a sales team or field sales officers

under your supervision to meet performance and productivity goals.

Identify and develop new business opportunities

, including unexplored regions, new verticals (e.g., institutional, hospitality, corporate), and key accounts.

Ensure effective product display, branding, and visibility

across retail outlets, showrooms, and trade counters.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, dealer meets, trade promotions, and sales schemes

to boost product movement and brand presence.

Address and resolve partner issues

related to product supply, credit, service, discounts, or schemes in a professional and timely manner.

Track and analyze competitor activities

, including pricing strategies, new launches, schemes, and market presence to stay ahead.

Prepare and share regular sales reports, market insights, and business feedback

with regional/national leadership.

Coordinate closely with the supply chain, production, and logistics teams

to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries and inventory availability.

Ensure adherence to company policies, commercial norms, and market ethics

in all sales operations and partner engagements.

Gather market intelligence and customer feedback

to support R&D, product improvement, and new product development.

Plan and execute structured territory visits

to strengthen dealer relations, monitor retail presence, and drive on-ground execution.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
