Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned Ayurvedic products.
Ensure product-wise and brand-wise growth in the territory.
Monitor primary and secondary sales and take corrective actions where needed.
Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
B) Doctor & Customer Coverage
Ensure regular visits to Ayurvedic doctors, general physicians, and health practitioners.
Support MRs/ABEs in developing new doctors and improving prescription generation.
Identify high-potential doctors for product promotions and conversions.
C) Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate Medical Representatives (MRs) or Business Executives.
Conduct joint field work with team members for performance improvement.
Review daily call reports (DCR), tour plans, and field working discipline.
Conduct weekly and monthly review meetings.
D) Product Promotion
Conduct CME programs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities.
Ensure scientific and ethical promotion of Ayurvedic formulations.
Provide product knowledge training to field staff.
E) Distribution & Stock Management
Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and retailers.
Monitor stock availability, product expiry, and dispatch flow.
Manage secondary schemes, claims, and billing.
F) MIS & Reporting
Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports on time.
Track doctor conversion records, call averages, and visit counts.
Maintain market intelligence data and competitor analysis.
3. Skills & Competencies Required
Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines and formulations.
