Job Description

1. Sales & Business Development



Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual

primary and secondary sales targets

. Plan and execute strategies to

increase market share

for Ayurvedic products. Identify

potential areas and doctors

to expand the Ayurvedic product reach. Develop new business opportunities through

distributors, retailers, and chemists

.

2. Team Management



Supervise and guide

Medical Representatives (MRs)

in the assigned territory. Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and

monitor field performance

. Conduct

fieldwork and joint doctor calls

with MRs to ensure effective communication of product benefits. Train and motivate the team on

product knowledge, sales techniques, and Ayurvedic formulations

.

3. Doctor & Chemist Relationship



Build strong relationships with

Ayurvedic practitioners, general physicians, and consultants

. Ensure MRs are regularly visiting

core doctors

and promoting the right products. Organize

doctor meets, CMEs, and product awareness programs

to enhance visibility. Monitor product availability and visibility at

chemist counters

.

4. Marketing Coordination



Implement

marketing plans, promotional inputs, and product campaigns

provided by Head Office. Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding

market response and competitor activities

. Ensure

effective utilization of promotional materials

(samples, visual aids, and literature).

5. Reporting & Analysis



Prepare and submit

daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

to the Regional or Zonal Manager. Track

doctor coverage, call average, and conversion ratios

. Analyze

territory performance

and take corrective measures for underperforming areas. Maintain records of

sales achievements, doctor conversions, and secondary sales

.

6. Distribution & Stock Management



Coordinate with

stockists/distributors

to ensure smooth supply of Ayurvedic products. Monitor

stock levels, expiry returns, and product movement

. Ensure timely

billing and collections

from distributors.

7. Compliance & Ethics



Adhere to

company policies, code of conduct, and reporting norms

. Maintain

professional conduct

while interacting with doctors, chemists, and field staff. Ensure

regulatory and promotional compliance

for Ayurvedic products.

8. Strategic Planning



Identify

market gaps, seasonal demands

, and suggest new product launches. Assist management in

pricing strategies and product positioning

for Ayurvedic formulations. Analyze competitor strategies and

develop counteraction plans

.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
