Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Drive prescription generation and retail off-take through effective field operations.
Monitor product performance and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
2. Team Management
Recruit, train, and lead a team of Medical Representatives / Field Sales Executives.
Set individual sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching.
Conduct joint field visits and ensure team productivity.
3. Market Development
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Establish strong relationships with Ayurvedic doctors, practitioners, chemists, and distributors.
Organize CME programs, product awareness camps, and promotional events.
4. Channel & Distribution Management
Ensure adequate product availability through proper distributor coordination.
Monitor stock levels, order booking, collections, and claims processing.
Manage secondary sales and inventory effectively.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Gather and report competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new product launches.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per company requirements.
Provide feedback to marketing and product management teams on field insights.
