We are hiring for Life Insurance Company - PAN India Role - Regional / Area Sales ManagerExperience - 2-7 years in Sales & Marketing - BFSILocation - Surat, Ahmedabad,, NavsariQualification - graduationCTC -3 to 4.50 LPA + incentives + other benifitesResponsibilities : - Recruitment and development of quality advisors- Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors- Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on product, regulations, and other selling inputs- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors- Motivating advisors in order to retain the performing advisors and giving special attention to average performers and provide needs-based training.- Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings.Skills :- Market Development- Ability to Handle Team and targets,- Study and work towards new products, vendors, dealers from time to time- Work efficiently with high esteem clients- Should have persuasive skills, target oriented- Should be well verse with builders and good negotiation skills (ref:updazz.com)
