Job Description

Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with existing clients through outbound calls, emails, and other sales strategies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales Outreach:

- Make 50-100 outbound calls daily to prospective clients.

- Identify decision-makers and qualify leads.

- Pitch products/services and handle objections.

2. Relationship Building:

- Develop rapport with existing clients.

-Upsell and cross-sell relevant products/services.

- Provide exceptional customer service.

3. Sales Research:

- Research prospect companies and industries.

- Identify key pain points and tailor sales approaches.

4. Sales Strategy:

- Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

5. Performance Metrics:

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

- Track and report sales activity and results.

Requirements:



1. 1-4 years of inside sales experience.

2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, Tourism and Travel field is add on.

3. Proven sales track record for consistent period.

4. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Mandatory

Job Type: Full-time office job

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month + Incentives

Working Days: Monday To Saturday

Working Hours: 09.30 Am to 06.30 Pm

Working Location: Bangalore

Willing to work Under Target and Sales Oriented Job
