Role we looking in for

Position: Area Manager ( Field Sales)

Experience Min 6 to Max 8 years (out of which 4 years Team handling)

Qualification Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Preferred location Thane / Central Mumbai - (Only preferred locations will be contacted)

Salary budget 7LPA to 8.5LPA only

About the role:

Looking for Area Manager Sales, who is well versed with tracking the teams daily performance and hands on experience in scaling up the team. A complete revenue generating mindset through team members and elevating then to achieve targets and creating a potential of earning higher incentives.

Job responsibilities:

Team Building & Recruitment (Should bring 10-15 team members along)

Training and motivating team members for achieving the set targets

Set up performance targets within the assigned territory and monitoring their actual delivery

Responsible for driving engagement and activation of agent network in the respective cities/zones

Skill set * Handling bigger team of field Sales executive

• Deriving daily productivity metrics, in terms of no of visits, acquisitions etc
• Good convincing skills
