o Handel to all Direct RMs to collect the direct leads.
Team Lead Direct Sales - HO: Responsible for driving Direct team across branches and achieving the overall Direct channel targets.
o Activity calendar: Prepare marketing activity calendar on monthly, quarterly basis and coordinate the execution along with campaign management. Data mining and lead conversion.
o Digital campaigns: Developing and planning of monthly / Quarterly digital campaigns
o Monitoring: Tracking and monitoring of leads generated thru various campaigns and supporting branch teams for desire conversion of leads. Monitoring tele calling set up.
oSupport: Support & coordinate with sales team for proper system support to ensure better efficiency.
oTraining: Ensure timely training programs to the branch team.
oNew Initiatives: To enhance customer experience through online / digital channel.
oReporting: Sharing regular and correct MIS to sales team & management.
Job Requirements:
o Qualification - MBA and/or Professional Degree preferred
o Should have at least 6-8 year of experience of Sales/Marketing
o Should have good understanding of asset business
o Should be able to drive and work with a Team reporting to Line Managers
o Should be a Team player, Relationship person and should be ready to travel widely
ould have experience in Mortgage Loan, Loan against property
