1. Sales Management:
Achieve or exceed sales targets for the assigned area.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
2. Team Leadership:
Conduct regular field visits with MRs to support and guide them.
Monitor performance and ensure discipline, motivation, and productivity of the team.
3. Territory Management:
Ensure effective coverage of all target customers.
Optimize territory routes for maximum coverage and efficiency.
Implement territory-specific strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
4. Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare providers.
Conduct product presentations and promotional activities.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner.
5. Reporting & Administration:
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis.
Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable).
Maintain up-to-date records of pharmacist visits, call logs, and promotional activities.
6. Compliance:
Ensure that all sales and promotional activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Promote ethical marketing practices and adherence to medical and promotional guidelines.
