Verder Scientific India is the local branch of Verder Scientific, a leading high-tech company in the field of sample preparation and analysis. Eltra enables precise elemental analysis, and QATM takes care of metallographic sample preparation and hardness testing. ERWEKA is a leading international manufacturer of test equipment for the pharmaceutical industry. Verder Scientific operates nine production sites and eleven sales companies worldwide and are part of the German-Dutch technology group Verder, a group of companies with over 2000 employees around the globe.

We are looking for a motivated and passionate instrument sales executive (in the area of Delhi) to join our team and help us grow our business. You will be responsible for selling a range of metallurgical instruments and accessories to customers across different channels. You will also provide excellent customer service, product knowledge, and after-sales support.

Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Demonstrate and promote our products and services to customers
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with customers
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, logistics, and finance.
  • Keep track of sales targets, performance, and reports
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs

Requirements


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the metal instruments industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong passion and knowledge of musical instruments and accessories
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer orientation
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Valid driver\'s license and own vehicle
  • Bachelor\'s degree in science or related field is a plus
