Job Description
Key functions will be:
\xef\x82\xb7 Managing Auto / CV / Loan sales and accountable for increasing profitable sales growth, as per targets.
\xef\x82\xb7 Overall ownership of Auto / CV / Loan sales business for the locations/cluster assigned.
\xef\x82\xb7 Understanding the customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and ensuring quick service delivery.
\xef\x82\xb7 Constantly building relationship with existing clients to generate repeat business.
\xef\x82\xb7 Managing weighted IRR for profitable growth.
\xef\x82\xb7 Dealer/DSA Management
\xef\x82\xb7 Achieve Profit Targets for the cluster of locations assigned
\xef\x82\xb7 Achieving sales targets set for the cluster by ensuring 100% compliance.
\xef\x82\xb7 Staffing and grooming, team building, motivation, satisfaction and minimal attrition.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring the delinquency ratio stays downbeat for his portfolio.
\xef\x82\xb7 Assessing training needs to accelerate his team\xe2\x80\x99s performance.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring market penetration is accomplished every month.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identifying upcoming markets and setting up operations in that market.
\xef\x82\xb7 Effective operations, team management and excellent relationship skills to be displayed.
Introduce and Implement new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the cluster by coordinating with product team. Desirable Skills:
\xef\x82\xb7 Graduate/MBA Marketing
\xef\x82\xb7 4- 6 Years experience.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good communication and pleasing personality.
\xef\x82\xb7 High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm.
