Qualifications:- Graduate in Agriculture / Science / Commerce- Prior experience in the services industry- Preferably from Agro Chemical, Pest Management, or Facility Management domainsPreferred Experience- Proven capability of having led / established a Revenue Centre and grown it consistently as an independent Profit Centre- Experience in managing a Profit Centre for at least 5 years- Demonstrated zeal and attitude to succeed in a highly competitive environment- Experience in FMCG / Pharma / Consumer Goods (CG)- Ensure achieving and surpassing sales targets consistently for the assigned region, as agreed.- Conduct due diligence in gathering market intelligence for existing and new businesses.- Aid in building appropriate sales infrastructure for the region to service market demand.- Manage customer outstanding as per organizational policy.- Create distribution infrastructure, identify market gaps, and build business to address these gaps.- Plan business development activities in the region across all possible trade and business channels.- Ensure prompt and consistent handling of enquiries and sales leads, including preparing estimates and follow-ups.- Manage a team comprising Sales Officers and Distributor Sales Persons.- Handle the entire distribution network for the region.- Plan and execute various business promotion activities for the region.- Identify new trade channels for sales development.- Control inventory, sales, and credits.- Lead a state or multiple states with a group of Sales Officers.- Demonstrate the ability to consistently deliver top-line growth.- Appoint new distributors at the headquarters as well as across the assigned territories.Experience Requirements- Desirable experience in generating sales leads through cold calling, tele-calling, and one-to-one personal meetings- Ability to move leads through various stages to successfully close sales- Total experience: 815 years- Leadership experience: Minimum 35 yearsKey Tasks & Responsibilities- Generating primary orders from distributors.- Managing outstanding payments.- Strong retailing and secondary market coverage with the existing Sales Officer team.- Ensure complete product range visibility across all market channels, including FMCG, PCO, Hardware, Automobile, Agriculture, and Pharma.- Conduct sales promotion activities such as shop activities, group working, and free sampling.- Organize meetings with dealers and distributors.- Compensation: Per Annum: INR 6.00 Lakhs to 8.00 Lakhs (depending on the capability of the candidate)Contact Details: Contact Number: 8779617605 (ref:updazz.com)
