He will be leading team of Territory Managers and play the role of a catalyst and build a strong field force to achieve the sales targets and growth objectives of the gynecology segment for his territory. He has to be highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excel and accustomed to working in a highly competitive environment and exposed to both medical and consumer business.

Job location: Madhya Pradesh/Bihar/Jharkhand Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading a team of Territory managers to achieve Sales targets and to handle Sales Promotion activities.
  • Make monthly tour plan for all TMs of his/her headquarter and implement it effectively by regular follow-up, joint working and discussions with team members
  • Organize meeting with doctors and healthcare professions through TMs according to his/her daily and monthly planning.
  • Set-up campaign and awareness programs for patients & healthcare professionals.
  • Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship
  • Reviewing sale and stock availability in assigned area
  • Completing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target
  • Timely collection of accounts receivables
  • Ensure efficient execution of demand generation programmes to increase doctor\xe2\x80\x99s conversion/number of prescription.
  • Implementation of CRM and KOL engagement plans for high performing customer base
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
  • Suggest for reduction in promotional activity expense
  • Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes
  • Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors
  • Ensures to maintenance of \xe2\x80\x9cNORMS AND STANDARD OF COMPANY POLICIES\xe2\x80\x9d
Requirements

Requirements and skills:
  • Graduate from reputed college/university with minimum 5-7 years of experience in Sales (Pharmaceutical industry) as Territory sales manager into gynecology segment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Strong network with clients working in the Pharmaceutical Business
