Minimum 3 Years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience in Area Sales Manager Role in Kids care or Apparel industry, Total 5 years of Experience in Kids care or Apparel Industry.
Responsible person for preparing the target for the divisions based on the analysis and ensures that the target is there for both BD and sales.
Responsible for managing channel of distribution like dealers, distributors and direct sales channels for the business development target achievement.
Accountable for the brand reach and image of the company and its products through regular, effective and ensure tie ups with all potential channels.
Responsible for meeting a minimum of 40% extra reach in the product and 30% additional business development in terms of sales and network.
Accountable for monitoring the day-to-day marketing operations of the company through regular report evaluation and by taking corrective measures time to time.
Accountable for monitoring monthly performance of the team by analyzing the efforts and targets achieved by them as well as the extra efforts they made for the achievement.
Responsible credit management in under controlled and no services are delivered for overdue customers.
Responsible for managing the due collection.
Responsible for directing and leading the sales executives for improving the supports given to the channel partners.
