  • Managing the Sales & Distribution targets.
  • Budgeting, Inventory,
  • Collaboration with Marketing, SCM, and other support functions.
  • Handling, and Driving Sales and Revenue targets,
  • Sales and process training,
  • Achieving primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Consistently performs, leads by example, and coaches staff to exemplify customer engagement behaviors.
  • Communicates, drives, and utilizes key reporting tools and monthly hindsight to drive business and implement plans to improve Sales Performance.
  • Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
