Urgent Hiring for Area Sales Manager Role & responsibilities Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies that align with the company\'s overall objectives. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting the company\'s noodle products to distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Explore new market segments and potential sales channels to expand the customer base. Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met. Distributor and Retailer Management: Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers in the area. Provide training and support to partners on product knowledge, marketing strategies, and sales techniques. Collaborate with distributors to ensure timely product distribution and availability. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team within the designated area. Set clear goals and performance expectations for the sales team, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment that drives team success. Market Intelligence: Gather insights into market dynamics, customer preferences, and emerging trends. Regularly report on competitive activities, pricing trends, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decision-making. Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing events in collaboration with the marketing team. Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results. Sales Analytics and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance data. Generate regular reports detailing sales achievements, pipeline status, and market insights. Customer Satisfaction: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and Feedback promptly and professionally. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and maintaining product quality standards. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the food or consumer goods industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed.
