Job Description

Team leadership:

Manage, train, and motivate a team of medical representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Sales strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to grow sales and market share in the assigned territory.

Performance monitoring:

Monitor sales performance, analyze data, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Relationship management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and other healthcare professionals.

Sales activities:

Accompany sales representatives on field visits, conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and help close sales.

Product promotion:

Ensure the effective promotion of medical products, including launching new products, and providing product information and support to healthcare professionals.

Training and development:

Coach the sales team on effective sales techniques and provide training on new products and processes.

Business development:

Focus on expanding the business within the territory by developing new accounts and increasing sales with existing ones.

Compliance:

Ensure all sales activities and team actions comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
