Key Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:
Prepare a comprehensive sales strategy for the designated area.
Effectively develop, manage and supervise business to hit mid and long term sales and growth targets.
Maintain current knowledge of products and competitors and suggest improvements to sales strategy to maximise sales and expand customer base.
Maintain price discipline.
To present sales, revenue and expenses reports to management.
To keep account of sales made and promptly action all sales/ referral opportunities to maximise profitability and reputation of the company.
Ensure smooth communication with external suppliers to build new relationships and offer services at attractive and competitive prices.
Assist in advertising campaigns and other promotional activities.
Work with customers professionally and ethically with the view to developing long-lasting customer relationships/partnerships.
Control drafting of roster ensuring sufficient sales staff is available to meet customer demands, keeping in line with payroll budgets.
Anticipate and plan for future staffing needs.
Effectively resolve staff and customer complaints.
Support, motivate and supervise the sales team.
To educate builders, their architects, their sales marketing team, their purchase team on brand, present company position, vision, scale of the company through presentation.
To take complete details of each every project / site being developed by builders and maintain record in company provided software.
To specify BOQ / Mock ups at the initial stages of the projects.
To get up gradation of excluded verticals and get it approved by builders.
To introduce and promote new products launched by the company.
To make offer of new products to the identified projects .
To ensure customer support given to projects during construction.
To train sales staff on Jaquar Products, distribute catalogues display hoardings at projects sites.
To build relationship with architects, builders, customers and dealers and bring them to the store.
Identify and visit Dealers - educate them about the company and products
Visit Local Partners and distributors.
Study and identify different channels for distributions that will be suitable for the territory.
Identifying the right methodology to make the end customer aware about the products.
Analysing market trends to know the different customers.
Develop customers by making calls and then follow up.
Educate and update the customers about the new trends.
Conversion of prospective customers.
To address promptly any specific query, services, assistance if needed by the clients from the company.
To attend any training courses and meetings when require
